Running from the first Tuesday in March (4th) until the first Tuesday in October, Latrobe Valley U3A has its own Radio Program each week on Gippsland FM. Gippsland FM can be found at 104.7 in the FM band. The program consists of Interviews with U3A members and public figures engaged in Community organisations in the Latrobe Valley interspersed with music from the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s in keeping with the popularity of hits during U3A members lifetimes. Also the public and U3A members are kept up-to-date the latest developments, new and current class activities as well as any social events on the U3A calendar. The program starts at around 11:05 am just after the 11:00 am news and local weather and runs for an hour - finishing at 12:00 noon. If any U3A member (not only Latrobe Valley members) or you know of any member of a local Community organisation would like to appear on the program, they could ring the LVU3A office on 5133 0671 and leave a message and someone will get back to you.
